As a full-service property management company, we serve property owners and tenants throughout Kitsap County, Washington. We manage nearly 700 units, which includes single-family homes, multi-family homes, and commercial buildings. Additionally, we manage Bainbridge Ready, and our property managers collectively have over 31 years experience.

    • Identification of any conditions that need to be addressed prior to leasing home

    • Coordination of work orders and repairs as needed and authorized by the owner
