As a full-service property management company, we serve property owners and tenants throughout Kitsap County, Washington. We manage nearly 700 units, which includes single-family homes, multi-family homes, and commercial buildings. Additionally, we manage Bainbridge Ready, and our property managers collectively have over 31 years experience.

    • Site visit and tour to determine home’s potential as a rental property
    • Identification of any conditions that need to be addressed prior to leasing home

    • Coordination of work orders and repairs as needed and authorized by the owner

    • Placement of listed property on websites such as NWMLS, Craigslist, Zillow, military.com, ahrn.com (off-base housing resource) and/or other similar websites as appropriate

    • Receipt of monthly rents, deposits, and other funds as required by lease

    • Verification of utilities transferred to tenant’s name as required by lease

    • Clients have access to our online portal
    • Renters can pay online and homeowners can access their property’s records and opt-in to direct deposit
    • Inspect properties at least every six months, coordinating routine maitenance & collecting estimates when needed
